Kelaghar Terms & Conditions – A complete guide to using our services

1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Kelaghar and its members. Kelaghar is an online Sports Betting platform that provides betting services on cricket, football, and other sports for Bangladeshi members.

By browsing the Kelaghar website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Kelaghar's services.

Kelaghar reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site, and it is each member's responsibility to check this page regularly.

2 Account Registration & Membership

To open an account with Kelaghar, the following information must be provided accurately:

• Full legal name (as per your National ID)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth (must be 18 years or older)
• Active email address
• Payment method details (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number)

Each individual may hold only one Kelaghar account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or IP address may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

Kelaghar reserves the right to close any account and forfeit all balances at any time if the information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential. Kelaghar will not be held liable for any misuse of an account resulting from a shared or compromised password.

3 Age Verification & Adulthood

Kelaghar strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use Kelaghar's services.

Kelaghar may request a photo of your National ID card, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify your age. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account will be temporarily suspended.

• Providing your correct date of birth at registration is mandatory
• Providing a false age is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions
• It is the member's responsibility to cooperate with the KYC verification process
• Kelaghar's decision on all age-related matters is final

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Kelaghar:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a Cash Out option is available
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance
• Kelaghar reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and match
• If a match is cancelled before it starts for any reason, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded

Odds in live betting change in real time. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kelaghar reserves the right to void the affected bet. Kelaghar's decision on such matters is final.

If evidence of insider information or match-fixing is found, all bets related to that match will be voided. This decision will be made in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant international sports federation.

5 Deposit Policy

The following deposit methods are currently accepted at Kelaghar: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Net Banking.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000 (for verified accounts)
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance instantly upon confirmation
• Only deposits from a payment account in your own name will be accepted

Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from another person's mobile banking account or bank account will not be accepted and will be returned. Repeated attempts of this nature may result in suspension of the primary account.

If a deposit does not reflect in your balance due to a technical issue, contact our support team with proof of payment. Kelaghar will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

6 Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all withdrawals of funds held in your Kelaghar account:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Typical processing time: 5 to 15 minutes (mobile banking)
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed without KYC. Verification requires submission of a photo of your National ID card or passport.

In cases of suspicious activity, Kelaghar reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation. Once the investigation is complete, funds will be released as quickly as possible.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kelaghar's bonus and promotion offers are provided subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member
• A specific rollover must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• If the rollover is not completed, the bonus will expire and be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible bets (specific games and minimum odds apply)

Kelaghar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or any attempt at manipulation is proven, the account in question will be permanently closed.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kelaghar and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitraging)
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Placing bets using automated or robotic software
• Using Kelaghar for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Kelaghar may temporarily or permanently suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud
• Orders from courts or regulatory authorities
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Before closing an account, Kelaghar will generally notify the member via email or mobile and give them an opportunity to respond. However, in urgent cases, an account may be suspended without prior notice.

To voluntarily close your account, contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw all eligible balance before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

Kelaghar believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a habit that gets out of hand. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly.

• Never bet beyond your budget
• Chasing losses with bigger bets is dangerous – avoid it
• If betting is causing stress rather than enjoyment, take a break
• Talk openly with family and friends about your betting activity
